SchoolScope Ontario (https://schoolscope.ca) publishes school information derived entirely from public data sources: EQAO open data, Statistics Canada 2021 Census, and the Ontario Ministry of Education. All school data shown is aggregate, publicly available information — we hold no personal data about any student.

We do not require accounts and do not ask for personal information to use the site. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance.

We use Google AdSense to display advertising. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate site usage (page views, popular schools). No analytics data is sold or used to identify individuals.

This site is intended for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. School-level data shown on this site is aggregate and published by public institutions; EQAO suppresses results for small cohorts specifically to protect student privacy, and we preserve those suppressions.
